Outstanding Service & Professionalism We have been looking for a house for a while and in the process spoken to numerous real estate agents. Some of our experiences before we met Bianca were surprising, exaggerated prices, straight-out lie's about properties and made-up information. Bianca was the complete opposite. We found her to be very honest, professional and if she didn't know the answer to a question she told us, and asked the owners. Bianca's flexibility on inspections was outstanding along with her polite and professional follow-up. We never felt pressured and knew we could trust her. This was a deceased estate and Bianca kept us well informed through out the whole process. We were never pressured into unnecessary or expensive marketing and given that the sale happened during COVID Bianca handled these complications with ease. Given that the 3 vendors all lived a long distance from the property we were thankful that Bianca took the initiative to follow up a few issues with the local Solicitors. The next question is about settlement. I am not sure what it ended up being but Bianca was able to negotiate a settlement that suited all parties. This is the way that business should be done!
