We had tenant applications presented to us just two days after settlement, and the tenants are moving in tomorrow. The team also organised cleaning and arranged for a few minor repairs before settlement. They handled getting quotes and actioning everything on our behalf. The team within the residential rentals department have been wonderful to deal with. This is our 3rd property through Wilson’s in the past 8 years and it’s always been a good experiences. Very good communication and pleasant professional staff. We have never felt like 2nd class citizens because we rent, like most other agents in our area make you feel.
