After explaining to them our situation having moved from the UK and having a toddler, one of the managers was committed to helping us secure a property which met our needs. Everything was done professionally and when I was not around to complete some of the forms they waited for us and kept me up to date on all communications. Started the application process for a rental and within a few hours had a date and time to inspect the property. After the inspection was done all of the paper work and payment information was passed on within a day. After paying rent in advanced and a bond payment the lease was signed. Such an easy a pain free experience.
