Started the application process for a rental and within a few hours had a date and time to inspect the property. After the inspection was done all of the paper work and payment information was passed on within a day. After paying rent in advanced and a bond payment the lease was signed. Such an easy a pain free experience.

Sharon Henderson and the leasing team has done a great job at leasing out my property when it was vacated. There was good suggestions and commitment coming from the Wilson Property Leasing team and it was helpful. However, I believe Wilson Property could be looking at improving managing side of the property in terms of proactively looking out for flaws or gaps in the property owners profile and address them prior to any incidents, especially during property manager hand overs.
