Thorough and always responds quickly to calls or emails.
We have used Wilson property for 15 years and it's always been smooth sailing. They have always found great renters and in that time the house has only ever been vacant for a week through changeovers. They are friendly, eager to help and extremely thorough and dependable.

Strong Communication, Needs Better Maintenance Vetting
"We really appreciate the consistent communication and the efficient system you have for keeping us updated. However, we’ve noticed a high frequency of reported issues lately. Since repairs are becoming a significant expense, we would appreciate it if the team could provide more context on whether an issue is an 'essential' fix or 'preventative' maintenance before sending it through. We want to ensure we are only investing in repairs that are truly necessary for the property’s long-term health."
