A really genuine, friendly real estate agent.
My partner and myself purchased our first home through Allan this summer. Being our first home, we were not very knowledgeable on the process and Allan could not have done a better job at walking us through the details, nothing was a silly question and he made our experience buying a home so delightful. The team at Wilsons made our purchasing experience a painless thing
Alan did an awesome job at keeping us informed as to what was happening from both perspective. As we're also selling our current home we needed a delicate touch in keeping the seller of our new home informed as to the situation happening at our end. Alan was so much help in the hand holding, and information department about what where the important bits and what was the norm. The team at Wilsons made our purchasing experience a painless thing .
