I recently engaged him to sell on of my personal properties I just renovated, Matt gave me a fair market appraisal, almost 70k higher then his competition and then was able to get me an offer at my highest end within 5 hours, which then sold within a few weeks, communication was solid the entire way, he knew his stuff and was extremely professional.
