Prompt and efficient

Generally an okay experience with prompt communication. The follow up after we had agreed to lease was very good. Although I'd have to say we had to deal with a number of different people which was not ideal. It would have felt better to have one contact. Prior to that it was not as good, with several changes to inspection times with minimal or no notice. Being new to Traralgon, we had hoped to have a little more time with an agent to learn about the rental market here, but that didn't happen. We were pretty much left to our own devices and the internet. Overall, the experience was efficient, but a bit impersonal.
