Professional and Friendly Agent
When we engaged Wilsons to manage the sale of our property, we found Ben and Matt to be friendly, approachable and down to earth, making it very easy to deal with them. Ben has excellent knowledge of the area and the market, and provided very good advice. All information was communicated in a timely manner, and the open houses managed extremely efficiently, making the entire process easy and stress free. Andrew was informed some months before that we were planning to sell the house and had a group of potential buyers ready to inspect the property as soon as it went on the market, which resulted in a very speedy sale and avoided advertising expenses. He knows the local market very well indeed. Andrew always responded to our calls quickly and kept us in the loop as the sale progressed
