Great work and follow up with reports after each inspection..Property would have sold on the Second day of listing ,but prospective buyers had to sell their property first.All in all 42 days with exchange. Very Happy Vendors . He could do with an updated photo ????

It sounds corny but Andrew and his team provide the best advice possible weather you are selling or buying. Andrew obtained the best possible price in a falling market and advised as to the time to sell to maximise returns. Andrew and the sales team along with the property maintenance team are very easy to deal and extremely professional. It has been a pleasure working with them.
