When I initially applied to rent the property the process was seamless and hassle free, they provided all the information I needed for a smooth transition to renting the property. I have always found Wings communication to be exceptional, willing to listen and provide prompt service when the need arises, not only on behalf of the owner but that of the renter. Wings are always extremely professional in all dealings I have had with them and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort at the property. I believe they have very good knowledge of sales within the area and this is reflected in them forwarding relevant information regularly to me in regards to sales within my area.

The thing I like about Wings best is their integrity. Real estate agents on the Gold Coast are mostly considered by the general public to be a bunch of scumbags, a not undeserved reputation as many behave unethically and treat tenants poorly. I wouldnt put Wings in that basket, however.

After owning our own home for 25 years, we decided to sell and needed somewhere to rent. Irma at Wings could not have been more helpful. As first time renters, she answered all our questions. Anything we asked about, she actioned really quickly and was really friendly. Nothing was a bother. I have been a landlord for numerous properties over the last 30 years and have used several real estate agents throughout this time. Irma and her Wings team are by far the best agents we have had, and their service goes well above our expectations. The level of care for our property is as if they own the house themselves and any minor issues are chased up before they become problems.
