The Real Estate so far has been really reassuring, organised and professional. Their entry report was really thorough. They’re really easy to talk to if there are any issues, often they ask to make sure everything is going well and whether we settled in okay. I mentioned that there was a problem with the plumbing and they arrived a few hours later and called the plumber so the problem was fixed that day. They have also tried to offer some advice on connecting our internet. So far really helpful and friendly. I’m grateful to have an agent that takes action straight away and cares about the tenants wellbeing and the state of the property.
