About Anna

Wisdom Realty is very privileged to have Anna on board. Her pedigree in high level negotiation as well as her preparation for property managment holds her in good stead to ensure both her landlords and, tenants are treated professionally and fairly. Anna brings to her role at Wisdom Realty, a real “point of difference” with numerous years of experience as well as a substantially high level of international training and education. Having Achieved a Masters degree in both Human Resources and Marketing at the prestigious Manchester University in England, Anna became an Elite “Head Hunter” or for a milder term, A corporate recruiter for some of the largest motor companies in the world. Having worked for the Asian corporate based Robert Waters in an executive role, as well as MRI Worldwide, she knew from early on that success in such an industry relies on you having both very fine tuned, customer service but more importantly, superior negotiation skills. You have to be a shrewd negotiator when dealing with high end deals. For many years, she consistently achieved premium deals for her many clients, including many international CEO’s. This is a fitting preparation for Real Estate Property Managment as it utilises both her marketing prowess and her human resource ability to close look after the properties of her Landlords. She also will use her instincts and hard work ethic to find suitable properties for her tenants. A family business that embodies a client-first ethos

If you list your property with Anna, consider yourself lucky. From the first interaction, I knew that Anna and her team were the right fit from their caring nature to their attention to detail. Anna met with us on site to discuss the property and the maintenance required and assisted in engaging and managing many trades to get the job done. She went above and beyond to make the transition from our purchase to bringing it to market a seamless experience. At one point she messaged me on a Friday night to show me the materials she had bought at Bunnnings! Anna continued to assist during the tenant application process, holding two open homes and providing advice of the suitability of the candidates. I can’t thank Anna and her team enough. If I list another property, I won’t hesitate to engage their services!
