Ky Stacey looked after the sale of my mother’s home in Appin recently. He was kind and patient with my mum, and took all the hassle out of the process, selling her home within a few days for a great price. He followed up carefully with my Mum throughout, and kept me informed by phone and email, as I live in Melbourne. I cannot speak highly enough about the care he showed, and the help he provided. We've been working with Ky for a while to help us sell our house during a difficult time in the market. We're very happy that Ky sold our house and excited for the new owners. Ky was receptive to marketing changes and we collaborated regularly on our next steps in the campaign. Ky understood that we were happy for him to use his initiative at times to get things done and did so accordingly. We're not the easiest vendors - we're a young family and we're always too busy to get hold of. Ky is hungry and persistent to get the job done and gets personally involved in trying to make things happen. Ky was also very helpful with the bigger picture of our move - for example helping find potential properties to buy.

Ky has been very professional to deal with. My home has not been the easiest home to sell as it does need quite a bit of work done. He marketed it well and honestly and managed to bring a lot more people through than I thought would happen. He managed to get me a decent price and I’m able to move after 33 years of living here. Ky is a friendly and caring person and he made me feel safe in the process of selling my house. I would definitely recommend Ky to anyone thinking of selling.

Selling a house is stressful, but finding a RE agent who you trust and is respectful that doesn't fill you full of false hopes and dreams is tougher. From the moment we met Ky we were impressed with him, there was no pressure or the usual hyperbole that comes from alot of real estate agents. He was genuine and fresh and we knew he was the guy to sell our home. We had our ups and downs and all through the process Ky was compassionate and supportive. I would have no hesitation in using Ky again.

From the first time Ky contacted me in regards to the sale of our home, I asked Ky to give us the time we needed to get our home ready for its new owners, Ky was nothing but patient. I told him from the beginning I would give him the opportunity,him knowing full well that I grew up with a lot of other agents in this area but still wanted him to have the opportunity and he took it with both hands. We both could not be happier with how he showed our home to prospective buyers and he did us both proud in having a positive outcome in 5 hours on our only open day. The marketing was top shelf from pictures, social media and house sale sign and description. A very positive approachable young man, we have found from the first meeting, and we will both be keeping an eye on his future endeavours as well.
