Extremely happy with Kieran. Spot on with his knowledge of the market and considerate and helpful in all respects. I am delighted with the way my sale progressed and the result achieved. Full marks to Kieran and all the team at Wiseberry Umina Beach.

Chris of Wiseberry Umina Beach was the agent tasked with selling the property that we purchased at Umina Beach. Chris was very easy to talk to and his knowledge of the area was fantastic. Any queries were answered promptly.

Anthony seem to really understand the market and his estimation of how long it would take for the sale was spot on. He really scraped the sale through on time as I’d bought elsewhere. Also did a lot of work in background getting plans drawn up to make property more appealing. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

After recently purchasing a property through Kieran, I would definitely trust him to sell our property when the time comes. He is extremely knowledgeable of the peninsula area. He worked with us to overcome our concerns and assisted in seeing value at the sellers expectation. If Kieran did not have the answer straight away he would actively make calls to get us an answer. It was refreshing to work with an agent that you felt cared to assist and help us through our journey.

Honest and reliable. Two words that I usually don’t associate with a real estate agent - but Kieran is the exception! I would undoubtedly purchase or sell with Kieran in a heartbeat.

I had been looking for months for a property. Kieran was the first agent that actually listened to me. Kieran was not only professional, he thoroughly explained everything and went above and beyond! He was the only agent that took me seriously as my budget was limited and all other agents could not be bothered dealing with me. I would highly recommend Kieran to anyone looking at buying or selling their property, his approach and diligence was unmatched to all the other agents I dealt with

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kieran whilst selling my property at Woy Woy, as soon as I spoke to him I realised he was the one to sell my property very knowledgable, approachable nothing was to much. If I needed to contact him at anytime whether he was actually working or not he was only a phone call away. I highly recommend Kieran if you are looking for a Real estate agent on the coast who you can rely on to do the very best he can.
