Highly recommend!! Josh went above and beyond in all aspects. The sale price was substantially higher than expected. He looked after everything from organizing trades to get the property ready for sale, lining up a building inspection and spoke to the conveyancer to understand the strata so he was fully informed to talk to potential buyers.
