Josh was very prompt with replies to our initial enquiry with was received late on a Friday and arranged a viewing for that Saturday. We found Josh to be upfront, honest and transparent during our dealings and regularly kept in touch whilst the solicitors did their work. We have recently arranged our pre-settlement inspection and yet again Josh was prompt in replying to our emails, even outside of work hours and noting the current climate.
