Finally SOLD

Amazing Agent

From the moment we spoke to Chris, we knew he was the right choice for the sale of our house. Chris was knowledgeable and confident and he answered every single one of our one million questions with ease and patience. We had never sold a house before, and Chris expertly guided us through the entire process. We were concerned as we live 900kms away and had tenants in the property but this was never an issue for Chris. He personally went to see our tenant to let him know of the impending sale, leading to a seamless process where the tenant was informed of everything he needed to be aware of. Chris kept us up to date and even took photos of the open house so we could experience the excitement of the day even though we were so far away. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Chris. He got us an amazing sale price; one we couldn't even have imagined. We recommend Chris Black highly.
