Super Helpful and Responsive

Sarah has been amazing to work with! As a tenant, she has been amazing at responding to any questions or concerns we have had. There were a few repairs needed done at the property and she arranged them efficiently reducing our stress having recently moved. We greatly appreciate having an excellent property manager for this rental.

Customer Focus

My initial experience with Wiseberry was horrible to say the least when the previous agent was in charge of my account, I was in the process of changing agents but when Sarah Cauchi came into the picture, you can see a huge difference with customer service. Sarah is a true professional keeping us updated with market dynamics and was able to organise a new tenant within an acceptable time frame.

Highly recommend!

Sarah has been wonderful to work with. She is direct yet warm in her approach, which made every interaction comfortable and reassuring. She maintains open communication and is always available to assist with any requests or concerns, and on the rare occasions she isn’t available, she lets tenants know in advance and provides alternative contact points; something I really appreciated. As a first-time tenant, Sarah made the entire moving process clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. I would happily recommend her in the future!

Experience with Sarah was fantastic !!!

Sarah is a through and through professional and a great communicator. She communicated timely, supported and helped me out with all queries and ensured the transition was smooth. There was an urgent plumbing issue and Sarah prioritized it and got the plumber on the job. Strongly recommend her.
