Jessica is an experienced Property Manager based at our Castle Hill office. Having worked in real estate since 2012, her favourite part of the industry is meeting people and the challenges she faces daily. As a career property management expert adept at managing large investment portfolios, she knows the industry inside out and always speaks with passion for everything property management related. Bringing a wealth of experience, Jessica has great attention to detail, is friendly, and a people person. Her goal is to always help both landlords and tenants by providing a high level of customer service and promptness when dealing with issues while having a friendly personality. Jessica thrives on the daily challenges her job presents, seeing them as an opportunity to grow and provide an even better level of care and service. About Phillip

Phillip was an Airline employee for 16 years and business owner before commencing his real estate career in 2003 where he was a residential sales agent in the Eastern Suburbs. He has been a local Hills resident for over 14 years now having his children attend local Primary and High schools. Being a local provides him with the intricate knowledge of the area which is critical when managing other peoples investments. A quick thinker who enjoys a challenge and being part of a successful team keeps him on his feet His priority is to maximise the return on the investment for our clients and manage properties with the utmost care & professionalism. Some of the keys to his success is his calm mature approach and ability to build long lasting relationships. He believes that taking the time to source the right tenant helps to create a stress-free investment for his clients. Having the experience of being a landlord himself for over 20 years allows him to appreciate both sides of the story. Phillip’s interests outside of the property world include spending time with his family, Photography, Horology, wine appreciation and striving to improve his surfing skills.
