When Scott heard I was still having troubles selling my property, he was adamant he was going to make it happen for me. He has a broad knowledge about the market which was quite evident while talking to him. I had a really tight deadline when it came to selling and purchasing and even though I was located in Parramatta, I had a lot of confidence in Scott. Through the pressure Scott was very motivated, not afraid to ask hard questions, he’s very personable and felt very comfortable and depended on him which made it easy to choose him out of all other real estate agents. His communication was constant, always kept me in the loop of what was going on and he most definitely ‘shouldered’ most of the pressure. Within 3 weeks he had 2 open homes, 4 offers and a sale, no doubt I can say his selling skills are on another level.  I was thoroughly pleased with all the staff at Wiseberry, Baulkham Hills. They were very professional, respectful and courteous at all times. No matter who I reached out to, I was always looked after and in a timely manner. Open home process was very nerve racking to begin with as we take a lot of pride in our home, and the concept of complete strangers coming through your home was very strange. However, I was comforted by Scott throughout the whole process. 

We are very happy with the result achieved, Scott worked extremely hard to achieve our desired result and the successful sale of our much loved home.

Having spoken to various estate agents prior to engaging Scott, his professionalism and enthusiasm as well as his friendly honest discussions prior to the event convinced me that I was dealing with the right person for my property. Wiseberry representatives were courteous at all times and again professional in the way they managed appointments and only visited my home as arranged. The Auction which followed 4 open house visits was amazing with Scott and the Auctioneer, who spent over an hour enthusing the crowd with their energy and professionally ensuring that they had reached the price we had agreed on. I found Peter to be a very likeable and knowledgeable person. I felt that he knew the market well and I sense that he would be a very committed salesperson. I was also impressed that he was genuinely interested in my husband’s situation, and I felt he was determined to do the best he could for us in finding a buyer at the optimum price. On the whole I found everyone at Wiseberry very helpful and supportive. Selling our home of 38 years seemed like a daunting task, but your staff have made it much easier than I could have imagined. Even the two hour property inspection on behalf of the purchasers was made easier because you were there to “hold my hand”! We are very happy with the result. It only took two weeks to find a buyer which was amazing, and we were very pleasantly surprised that we had so many inspections over the two weeks. We would definitely recommend Wiseberry to anyone who is thinking of selling - in fact we have already done so.

I would recommend Peter Van Den Hooven, of Wiseberry to anybody selling their home. Both he and Scott were always available to answer any questions we had, and talk us through the whole procedure. They suggested when we should sell the house, and got us a very good price. Nothing seemed too big or too small for them to help us through. We are a couple of pensioners, and this could have been a rather traumatic experience for us, as we have lived in our house for over 40 years, but they smoothed the path and made everything seem simple and uncomplicated.
