Nick Witheriff assisted us in the purchase of our new home. At the inspection nothing was too much trouble and he gave us plenty of space to view and discuss. The home was beautiful but we thought not exactly what we wanted. We spent a further 4-6 weeks seeking the ideal home. During that time Nick never pestered, pressured or pushed but when we asked for a second viewing, he made himself available immediately. The second viewing made us realise our ideal home had been under our noses all the time. During negotiations, Nick assisted greatly in helping us secure the home. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Nick, he was always available to assist with information, even when some of the questions were actually out of his realm.
