We found Silviya was proactive in keeping us informed of dates scheduled for open-for-inspections reports on the number of visitors and follow-up with interested parties. We also appreciated Silviya's persistence in advocating on our behalf and following up with prospective purchasers while dealing with a tenant who didn't cooperate with vacating or cleaning up per our requests. We apprecaited Silviya's assistance to achieve a sale price were we happy with, even after one offer could not proceed and a second offer required special conditions for inspections due to the tenant's unhelpfulness.
