Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Mark from Wodonga Real Estate during my recent property purchase. From the very first day I called Mark about the property he had listed on realestate.com.au, he was incredibly helpful and prompt with his responses. Throughout the process, he was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated on where things were at. I had a few hiccups along the way, particularly around getting an extension for my finance approval. Mark went above and beyond to liaise with the sellers and make sure the extension was arranged, which took a lot of pressure off me. What I really appreciated was that Mark didn’t just wait for me to contact him. He would call to check in, see how things were progressing and make sure everything was on track. That level of communication and follow-up made a real difference. Overall, I had an amazing experience dealing with Mark and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks again, Mark, for all your help throughout the process!

Bought our next forever house from Michael

From the first phone call on the day the listing went live, Michael has been exceptional. We really wanted the house and he worked with us to secure it. Fantastic with communication between vendors and us. Nothing was too hard to organise and would always promptly reply to texts, calls and emails. Michael was always on time to any inspections. I have found Michael easy to deal with, approachable and responsive.

Michael is friendly and easy to get along with, very approachable, great communicator and very responsive (even while on leave). Michael came with an ambitious sale estimate and while we didn't fully achieve the number, I'm more than happy with where we landed. Michael has negotiated the sale, held out position in the negotiations and achieved a sale with little fuss and bother.

Excellent communications, kept us informed during every stage of the process

Michael kept us fully informed during the whole sale process ie. he would contact us after the open house and after receiving each offer. Michael read the market exactly and as a result received offers above the asking price in less than a week of the house going on the market. He is friendly, efficient, courteous and well spoken and a credit to the industry.
