Very happy with Tom

From the moment we met Tom we felt very comfortable with him.He was straight forward but polite. He seemed very interested in promoting and marketing our property without being pushy. He gave us good reasons for the valuation he put on our property ( which was considerably more than 2 other agents valued it at). Nothing was a problem. It was a few months from the time we initially dealt with him till we put the property up for sale, but he never pressured us. The marketing worked well and the property sold on the day of the first open house for exactly the advertised price even though the initial offer was for considerably less. Thanks Tom for your knowledge and effort and skill. We have already recommended Tom to friends who were contemplating selling,and would definitely look to use him again should we sell again, Dick and Julie Mueller
