Respectful of both vendor and buyer wishes
Lochie took the time to understand both the vendor’s and the buyer’s requirements in order to help develop a mutually beneficial contract for 90 day’s settlement. He kept us well informed throughout the contract negotiation process enabling timely decision making on our offer. Lochie also organised a vendor handover meeting and helped expedite the building inspection which allowed the contract to go unconditional on schedule.

Professional communication & Superior market knowledge
Selling and buying a house can be one of the most stressful life events. From putting a contract on a property then to sell, Alyce was purely amazing. Her knowledge and advice on how to get the best sale price, and I will say that she did and in a matter of 4 days!! But also, the after-sale service to make sure everything is ok. It was a seamless experience and very grateful. I would recommend Alyce to anyone selling or buying.
