Lochie Rooney contacted us via a letter box drop to inform us there were people looking for properties in our area. We had been considering selling but due to Lochie reaching out we got him to come through our house. To our amazement he actually acted on his words and brought a family through ( other agents just wanted the listing ) The family fell in love with our house but due to personal reasons we were unable to commit to selling at that time. About a month later after a couple of calls from Lochie we were ready again. This time Lochie brought two families through and they both loved the property. Lochie worked tirelessly on Sunday evening to secure two offers that blew us away. With Lochies persistence with the purchasers and also ourselves, he was able to secure a sale that we never thought we could achieve. We have bought and sold quite a few properties here in Tasmania and will always be using Lochie Rooney in the future as he has proved to us he works for the seller which is extremely important to us. Once I spoke to Lochie to get him on board to sell my house, he has been nothing but extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professional in his way to sell my house. He has always offer me help and assistance to get my house ready for sale. My house is a very big and with lots of land. He guided me to call the correct people to style my house and take photos and videos to set the scene ready for sale. As you can see from the videos and photos online they look absolutely superb and magnificent. I only had a few open homes as the new buyer contacted Lochie late March and from there they came twice and offer to buy the house for an excellent price on 11th April - about 4-5 weeks on the market. Excellent outcome. I could not be any happier. I would and will recommend any of my family members and friends to call Lochie if they are in the future going to sell their house.
