Steve gave realistic advice on value and any issues related to presentation of the property. Kept us informed every step of the way. We purchased a property through Steve in 2023. Buying rural is quite different to buying in the city. You spend at least half a day with an agent to see one or two properties, so it is a big time commitment for them and you get to be well acquainted. We went through a handle of properties with both of the main Real-Estate agents in the area. Steve is the only one who followed up with phone calls to receive feedback on the properties that he took us through. Never heard from the other agents who we spent 2 Saturday mornings with! If they were selling my property, I wouldn't be happy! If we were to ever sell our property, we know we would hire Steve based on how he presented himself to us as buyers. He is knowledgeable, funny, gives great advice and follows up on sales enquiries. He was happy to trudge through thick bush to highlight the property boundaries and highlights and provide insight into the possibilities with the property. He is a great guy and would be happy to catch up with him for a coffee anytime.

Steve showed himself to be very professional, fair and honest when dealing with our transaction. Their was a fair amount of competition for the property and Steve treated us all the same, showing no partiality. The property is a rural one and Steve seemed to know the country and surrounds like the back of his hand and especially when we asked questions about fire and flood. He was able to point out boundary markers and show us all the good aspects of the property with detailed explanations. Steve showed himself willing to give me a second viewing on request late on a Saturday afternoon. He also explained the exact process once we had made our offer, which was very comforting to us. All in all a very positive experience.
