Greg was easy to deal with and being an owner agent was willing to go above and beyond to assist us with the sale of our property. We moved over two hours away and whenever we were in town he would call in to ensure we were satisfied with the progression of the sale and was available by phone or email whenever we needed to speak with him. Greg was realistic with his valuation and was more than reasonable with his costings, particularly with his support with advertising. Greg also offered to assist with showing people furniture we had for sale in our house when we weren't in Albury. We appreciate his time and commitment to the sale of our home.

Very smooth and stress free process to sell our home, his communication from initial contact to the final unconditional exchange of contract was first class. I approached Greg 12months prior to listing and he genuinely asked me what my next move was,and when I said I wasn't sure he advised me to call back when I knew! Not once did he call or annoy me and ask where I was at I had to call him and basically get permission to sell haha.. Greg then gave me a figure from the first apprasial and once sold he was within 2% which proved he knew the market very well. Other agents where off the sale price by more then 5-10%. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to sell.
