I have rated Ryan highly because not only was he part of a team that worked for us he communicated well during the whole process of selling Wards Grove. I was impressed with the way that he communicated as to what was happening with regard to open days but also giving us a feel for what was happening. Selling a family home that was built by my parents was always going to be be hard for us. Ryan gave us a feeling of confidence as to the market conditions and we felt that he negotiated a price that was above expectations. It was also nice dealing with an East Bentleigh boy that understood the area. I can't recommend him highly enough.....backed up by a great team .

My wife and I recently sold our unit in Bentleigh East with Ryan Counihan from Woodards Bentleigh. We interviewed 5 of the most active agents in Bentleigh East and decided to go with Ryan at Woodards Bentleigh. We couldn’t have been happier with his performance, attitude and support throughout the campaign. The key drivers of our decision were that he had some fantastic recent results in the area, had great communication with us, but most importantly, didn’t give us unrealistic expectations unlike other agents. Throughout the campaign Ryan kept us well informed, with a text message immediately after the open followed by a call later that afternoon. He attended each of our opens (not an assistant or colleague) which meant that he knew our buyers and was able to keep us fully informed as to who he believed would be our key bidders and their likely price range. He also provided a weekly Domain report, and a Realestate.com report prior to auction. On auction day our property was well staffed with 5 agents, achieving a great result for the buyers and sellers!
