Responsive, professional and supportive

Vicki was hugely helpful from the moment I contacted her. Being interstate, I was offered two very helpful videos, that offered a genuinely intimate look through the property and its general location, while also addressing some issues I'd raised in her conversation. When I arranged to view the property, Vicki was generous with her time and the information she shared. There were a few tricky moments immediately before the auction which she kept me well informed about, showing both professionalism and compassion for all concerned. In the end, after all was signed and sealed, that human element really came to the fore, and it was truly valued. Yes, Vicki is a superb salesperson. Based on my experience, she's a rather nice person too.
