Responsive, professional and supportive

Vicki was hugely helpful from the moment I contacted her. Being interstate, I was offered two very helpful videos, that offered a genuinely intimate look through the property and its general location, while also addressing some issues I'd raised in her conversation. When I arranged to view the property, Vicki was generous with her time and the information she shared. There were a few tricky moments immediately before the auction which she kept me well informed about, showing both professionalism and compassion for all concerned.
