Easy to recommend such a consummate professional who made our house sale easy

We sold a Carlton North property while Melbourne was coming out of Covid19 lockdown which meant hurdles and unknowns that changed weekly, but Jason was unflappable in dealing with this and remained completely focused on delivering us the best outcome. He was always on time, quick to respond to communication via text or email, courteous and reassuring when required. It was easy to see that he had sold hundreds of properties and we were in capable hands. A sale price above reserve was the positive result. Jason was supported by Jack who exhibited the same qualities. Most important of all was that Jason was prepared to negotiate to meet our needs when signing up with Woodards where other agencies steamrolled us and offered us sale 'templates'. It was this ability to listen and meet our needs and expectations in how to sell our house that resulted in us signing up with Woodards and every promise was delivered upon.
