As a Buyer or First home buyer especially, I would recommend to stay away from Juanita Kelly. She made this experience very uncomfortable and even more stressfull that what it should be. As per the negotiations, she bypassed our broker and harassed us to take a decision. Basically every day from the start of the visit, she called us getting the same answer from us: contact our broker. She made us doubt about the quality of the apartment. We thought she had something to hide. Both our conveyancer and broker told us that they never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional agent. One advice: STAY AWAY!!! And if you like the apartment or house too much, well, Good luck...
