We engaged with Stasi and he's team during the development stage (lockup). He made some on point recommendations for a few improvements/add-ons which later on made a significant impact on the open house inspections i.e LED lighting features in key areas, amended kitchen floorplan location to create better living and dining experience, ect. We loved his approach on marketing/advertising and he did an awesome job showcasing the house online with his house tour video (highly recommended). Stasi and he's team were always available, super responsive, helpful and most important transparent with a realistic mindset to get the deal done. We sold within the first 2.5 weeks of open inspections and above the agreed amount. Great agent, and we'll continue to work with Stasi in the near future!

Selling your home can be daunting and every agent wants to sell your property. It’s hard to work out who’s going to realistically appraise and work on your behalf to get your best price. Well I confidently recommend using Alec. He is genuine and honest - two characteristics you need in an agent. Furthermore, he keeps you updated every step of the sale. On first meeting with Alec, he explained the process, sales techniques and reasoning for the value he appraises. You cannot control who’s out there to buy your home but you can choose the best person to sell it. Don’t dismiss Alec for being young, he has plenty of track record in sales and the time to dedicate to every buyer. He is in control of your property alleviating any worry you are not being shafted for a quick sale. Do yourself a favour to at least meet with Alec to get an appraisal and am sure you’ll feel comfortable for him to take on your property with the best outcome possible.
