Alec assessed the property value in the mid range of the 3 agents interviewed. He also came to us with a great recommendation from a friend who's house he had just sold. Alec kept us well informed throughout the "open" process, including both positive and negative comments he received. Once the sale had been achieved, we would have appreciated his personal contact instead of from his assistant.

Stasi was amazing. He was extremely professional and came prepared with a list of comparable sales and a list of expenses when selling. He offered valuable feedback and suggestions when renovating my property and assisted with providing a list of local tradesman. He contacted me regularly during the renovation process. I received a weekly written report about all the open for inspections and a phone call after each inspection outlining the number of groups that attended and the level of interest, as well as feedback on the property. I was extremely happy with the level of service and advice Stasi provided and would highly recommend him.

Jodi was very patient & helpful throughout the journey. She was prompt and clear in her communications, she worked out options for us while we were struggling to sort out finances and also helped with solicitor recommendations - all proved to be worth it at the end. Honestly, without her extraordinary efforts we would have not got this property. To top it up, she also left us a surprise gift, truly special gesture. Stasi was an absolute lifesaver for us!! We had a disastrous experience with another agent - we had been on sale for 4 weeks already and the other agent was pressuring us to accept a price below what we knew it was worth. We were lucky enough to be able to change agents and were recommended to Stasi. He saved our campaign and truly went above and beyond both during the campaign and especially on auction day to get us the price we wanted!! Couldn’t believe the extra effort he put in. His team was so organized too and he was always so quick to respond to our many calls and messages and always kept us up to date with everything that was happening, the good and the bad.
