As soon as we made our initial enquiry to Andrew, he responded promptly and courteously immediately provided added value. The property required renovation before being listed for sale and we were still unsure how much work to do and who to use. Andrew's experience in assisting with ideas and the recommendation of a builder was quite reassuring. This advice was given prior to formally appointing Andrew as agent, a reflection of Andrew's client focus. The recommended builder, Ronny from Iskandar Construction, was excellent and renovated the property superbly. Planning for the marketing campaign was spot on. Andrew was honest in his assessment of the level of expenditure appropriate and sought (and listened) to our input. Throughout the campaign Andrew kept us updated re groups coming through and his assessment of interest in the property. Andrew's recommendation to go to auction rather than consider pre-auction offers was astute judgement. The auction had multiple bidders and we were very happy with the price achieved. From the outset, Andrew struck us as a very genuine person and a natural communicator. He was impressive from the get go. His experience also meant he could liaise effortlessly with all of the trades we required whilst making improvements. Andrew was always generous with his time.
