From the very beginning, Richard was great to deal with. We considered 3 other agents and found Richard to be the most genuine of them all. He was not pushy or promising you the earth. He had a really pleasant manner and you felt that he was telling you the truth about the market and your property within this market. Whilst we would have liked to sell our house for a higher price, we most definitely felt that Richard did everything he could to maximise our sale. He kept us well informed throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Not only was he extremely helpful in the sale of our property, but he was a fantastic at answering any concerns or problems we had when purchasing another property.
