I found Chris to be reliable, honest and extremely easy to work with. His follow up with information from the Open for Inspections that the company carried out was excellent and as it turned out on the day of the auction, most reliable. He was able to pin point the interested buyers prior to the auction day and give us a most honest opinion regarding the possible outcome. His auctioneering skills again were first class. The timing of gaining bids and enticing the crowd enabled interest be generated from those in attendance to bring about a very satisfactory price outcome and settlement timing. Prior to my retirement I spent 15 years in real estate on the Mornington Peninsula. The manner in which Woodard's handled this sale was by far the most professional manner, approach and follow up I have experienced. Paper work etc was handled efficiently and his continuance to keep me informed after the sale of any matter arising has been second to none.
