A very professional approach to all aspects of marketing a property
From the moment I advised that my property was for sale Edward imediatly took over and organised power to the property,gardners,house makeover fitters and all the day to day requirements to make my property apealing to the prospective buyers All aspects of marketing,comunication with me etc was conducted in a most professional manner On the day of the auction I was kept in the loop and could hear and see the auction from my living room some sixty kilometers away In summary ,a very good experience from the begining to end

Professional and results driven
Edward outlined a clear campaign for the strategy to sell the house that was both cost effective and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble and Edward was more than happy to meet potential buyers when it suited them. I was kept updated weekly and Edward was a mere phone call away. Highly recommend.

Best Agent in Melbourne!
Edward is literally the best sales agent in Melbourne! I have bought one house with him, and sold two and everything has been a breeze - he makes everything simple, and is flexible and adaptable to help you out however he can. I would recommend using him in any aspect - he even found me a rental once I had sold my property and really showed he cared for my personal wellbeing and not just the sale of my house. Edward gave excellent service and is a good communicator. He has a very good knowledge of the market
Gave us a good overview of the market at the time of the sale and a fairly accurate estimated sale price of our property. Kept us up to with sale process every step of the way and sold the property for a good price in a tight market. He is easy communicate with and is willing to answer any question you may have and ensure that you fully understand the answer. Used him for the sale of two properties and he would definitely be my first port of call if I sold any further properties in the future.

Great work by Edward and Luke
Our acquisition in South Yarra was straight forward on the surface, however with the buyer in Dubai it was complex. Edward and Luke were very flexible in arranging inspections and in negotiating the contract - which was signed at 3pm on 24 December. The purchase would most likely not have happened if it had not been for the persistence and assistance of Edward and Luke. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic, honest and efficient agent - highly recommend
I could not recommend Edward more highly. Having spoken to several other agents who told me it was impossible to sell my property given challenges with cladding, Edward was the first agent with first hand experience in the matter who made me feel comfortable that it was possible. He was well prepared, educated on the area and super professional. The process was really simple and he kept me updated along the way. I am not that well organised but he was so efficient and quick to move that it kept me on track. Thank you Edward - amazing job.
