Made the change and delighted
My rental property became available right in the middle of the first Covid lockdown. I was very stressed about getting it released in a timely manner my agent at the time had it advertised during the six week notice period to no avail. Then they came to me indicating I needed to drop the rent significantly. I decided to make an agent change. I signed an agreement with Hocking Stuart on Monday, dropped off the keys Tuesday morning. The property was photographed and advertised on the Thursday of that week for an open on the Saturday. Then to my delight released on the Monday. Hocking Stuart did an outstanding job.
