We asked to write a testimonial for Anna because our experience with her was exceptional. The circumstances under which we were selling our house were incredibly difficult - the beginning of Covid19 social distancing, the house was leased and the tenants were understandably nervous and cautious about having people through for inspections, the government rules were changing daily - sometimes hourly. At every decision point it felt like Anna was ahead of the game, problem solving, thinking laterally and truely invested in getting the best outcome for us, at the same time making sure our tenants were looked after and their stipulations accommodated. She worked fast and efficiently, advising us honestly and cleverly, and often going over and above the call of duty to make things work - for example raiding her husband's shed for face masks when we had 24 hours to ensure anyone viewing the property wore PPE that was unavailable anywhere else! We engaged Anna on a Friday and because she was able to make things happen, the photos were taken earlier than originally scheduled, the OFI happened earlier than scheduled and only one was required, because the property sold - for a price higher than the top of our range - two weeks after our initial phone call to her. She kept us informed, worked really hard and dealt with our tenants with great sensitivity.
