This is my second house that I have sold through Peter. This townhouse was my investment property that I had his agency renting out from purchasing. With alot of new built 4 bedroom townhouses that were being constructed in the area. Peter had his work cut out for him with developers offering great incentives along with the first home buyer grant for other townhouses in Carseldine. Peter wasn't concerned with this and assured me he would find the right buyer for my investment property. Peter found that buyer and got me the sale price I was after.
