I had been in touch with Karine a number of times before finally being in a position to purchase a new property. At very short notice she made herself available late one Friday afternoon to show me thru a property which I then decided to purchase. She prepared the paperwork late on a Friday afternoon/early evening when everyone else would have been heading home after work. I met Karine over 5 years ago when I first bought my property from her. Over the years, she kept in regular contact, and I always found her nice and easy to communicate with. A couple of years ago, I was considering selling and I asked Karine to come to have a chat. She was lovely and very informative. I really felt at ease, as she was not trying to push me … she just gave me good advice regarding my situation and my plans. When I was finally ready to sell, I had another agent come to appraise my property, and he said he would market it at $345,000 and would hope to get $330,000 for it.
