I was so pleased with my experience with Jeff. He was the consummate professional throughout my purchase. He would always get back to me in a timely manner and always gave me a straight up response. He had extensive knowledge of the area and had great ideas and creative solutions to any problems i had. I would highly recommend Jeff to any of my friends or family, i most certainly won't be using anyone else for any future sale or purchase. One thing i found to be extremely helpful was jeff negotiated with the seller to allow a home open to rent the property after settlement leaving only 2 days of downtime in between my purchase. Again, i couldn't recommend him high enough!

Big thank you to Roxanne Armitage for getting my apartment sold. My apartment sale wasn't a straightforward process. I faced a unique hurdle – a troublesome tenant who significantly delayed the sales process and wasn't allowing people in. However, Roxanne was not deterred by these obstacles. Instead, she rolled up her sleeves and navigated the choppy waters with grace and tenacity. Roxanne’s communication skills really stood out in this process. I was never left in the dark, guessing the status of my sale. She made it a point to consistently keep me updated, and always had time for my questions, no matter how small. She genuinely made me feel like a team member rather than just another client and ultimately it was team work that got the job done! In the face of the prolonged sales process, Roxanne remained undeterred. Keeps you up to date on everything. If things get a little difficult she is in for the long hall fights for you to make sure your sale is on the make. Would recommend to anyone with no hesitation.
