Kelvin was agent for the vendors who sold a property to me.
Kelvin was extremely knowledgeable about the suburb and local amenities (he was a resident of the suburb himself). Kelvin was open to running at negotiation and was very prompt in taking instructions from his client and reverting to me. Kelvin kept the process running smoothly and efficiently.

Kelvin Reynolds - A friendly professional!
We had a very positive experience with Kelvin during our purchase of 5 Lombardy Street, Woodlands. We found that he was never too pushy whilst always available to answer any queries, show us the house or take our calls at odd hours, all the while full of local property knowledge and advice. We found Kelvin to be always honest so we knew where we stood in the process. In summary, I would describe him as a seasoned professional with an easy going and affable manner, which I suspect is the biggest reason of his success.

Great agent who really understands the local area and gets results
Kelvin, whom I knew through kids sport, was outstanding in quickly finding potential buyers, setting realistic goals and achieving a sale. He knew his stuff, understood the local Woodlands market and was fantastic to work with.

Excellent pre and post sale support
Dealing with Kelvin through all stages of the sale process has been a great experience. His real estate sales knowledge of the area is excellent and advice throughout the process has been really helpful and made it stress free. Providing support in sourcing contractors and coordinating required pre-settlement work has been included in the service and greatly appreciated.
