Richards communication, professionalism and attentiveness selling my property was of a high standard

I engaged Wyndham Real Estate and Richard was my selling agent. I found Richard to be warm, easy to talk to and engaging on all aspects whilst selling my property. His communication was of a high standard and was always available to talk me at anytime. He gave great advice and always did what he promised and set out to do. He was amazing in dealing with and assisting in staging the property and attending to trades when required to attend the property on my behalf, which I was grateful for. I was very happy with the outcome and managed to sell the property after a few opens over a few weeks and settled prior to Christmas!!
