We had a great experience with Deon and the team at Xceed managing the leasing of our investment property. As interstate owners, communication and trust were really important to us, and Deon kept us informed throughout the process and was always happy to talk through her recommendations and the reasoning behind them. The property took a little longer to lease than we initially expected, but Deon remained proactive throughout and was very thorough with the screening process. We received several applications, and rather than encouraging us to simply accept the first available tenant, she took the time to assess each application and highlight any potential concerns. We ultimately secured a strong tenant and we are really happy with the outcome.
