Indianna did a good job securing a tenant for my property, and I’m pleased with the overall outcome. My only area for improvement would be her communication throughout the leasing process. While the numerical statistics provided through the Snug app were useful, I would have appreciated more detailed updates and feedback on the progress of prospective tenants. Lasha did an exceptional job of following up on my enquiries. I appreciated her prompt and professional approach. Overall, I achieved the result I was hoping for and appreciate their efforts. However, more proactive communication throughout the process would have made the experience even better.

The property was successfully managed and routine matters were handled. However, I feel there is room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall proactiveness. One particular concern involved a property inspection that I had specifically advised I wanted to attend. I was initially notified of the inspection date and time by email, however the inspection time was changed the day before. The updated information was sent only to a mobile number that the agency had recorded incorrectly, rather than through both email and phone contact. As a result, I was unaware of the revised inspection time and went to attend as planned but I was late since they moved the time to an earlier appointment. When I raised the issue by email, I did not receive a response until after the inspection had already taken place. As a landlord, this was frustrating as I had made it clear that I wished to attend and expected more proactive communication regarding any changes. There were also occasions where I needed to follow up for updates or seek clarification on matters rather than receiving information upfront. I would have appreciated more regular communication, stronger ownership of issues as they arose, and more proactive advice to help protect my interests as a landlord. Overall, the service met the basic requirements of property management, but there is an opportunity to provide a more responsive, proactive, and client-focused experience. Better communication, particularly regarding important changes and landlord involvement, would significantly improve the overall service experience.
