Unprofessional behaviour.

For a first time renter, I was very confused on how everything worked. My property manager called me on Friday to ask a few questions about Rent and Bond and she spoke aggressively toward me. I don’t have a lot about renting and especially in a different state. I explained that I mis-read the email she sent through and I apologised multiple times. She then went on to ask about key collection and I mentioned that I spoke to someone about collecting the keys at a later date as my partner and I wouldn’t be able to fly/drive to Perth before September. I found the way she started speaking to me extremely disrespectful, she stated that I HAD to collect the keys on the 7th of August and that I had to complete the Conditions Report within a week. She told me to contact her with any changes. I tried to call Xceed Real Estate back and couldn’t get through to her. She then wrote in a email “I am under the pump and as mentioned do not have the time to take calls today” which she never once mentioned on call. She continuously called me Mate in a passive aggressive tone which I found very unprofessional.
