Never have I used a real estate before, can be a bit daunting. Exceed ran me threw what they offer and costs.(My Buyers agent suggested them, reasonable and professional) They offer advice and don't push you around.(They have the experience in these matters) They were happy to find trades to repair my Investment property/advertise the property and also find/vet renters etc. They have kept me up to date as things progressed.
